Is-sinjal għal AWTORITÀ TAS-SAĦĦA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal AWTORITÀ. Is-sinjal isir b’ id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ A u ttaptap xi darbtejn fuq l-ispalla tan-naħa l-oħra. (ii) Imbagħad driegħ wieħed jieqaf milwi dritt ’il fuq mill-minkeb bl-id forma ta’ ponn bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 u ttaptap darbtejn bil-pala fuq id-driegħ ta’ fuq tal-id il-wieqfa.
The sign for HEALTH AUTHORITY had two parts. (i) First the sign for AUTHORITY is made with one hand that takes the shape for A and taps twice or more on the other shoulder. (ii) Then one arm is held stationary held straight up at the elbow with the hand in the shape of a fist with the palm facing inwards. The other hand takes the shape of 5 and pats the upper stationary arm twice.
